Örsjö’s Galax floor lamp, designed by Jonas Bohlin, consists of two separate light sources: a reading light with an adjustable joint, and a dimmable halogen light directed up towards the ceiling, creating a smooth light with no glare. The simplistic, streamlined Galax is powerful enough for lighting up a big living room, and its slender design fits easily to smaller spaces as well. The metal lamp is finished with porcelain sockets.
