The Aaro table lamp, designed by Simon Schmitz for DCWéditions, boasts a delicate, unassuming form based on a circle. The shape is repeated in different parts of the luminaire, while also having a significant role in the lamp’s functionality: Aaro turns smoothly around its axis, evoking images of propellers rotating in the wind or planets orbiting in space. The graceful luminaire can be placed, for example, next to an armchair, desk or dining table.
