The Signal SI333 table lamp by Jieldé is an iconic classic of French lighting design. Due to the robust metal structure and adjustable arm joints, Signal lamps are perfect for both home and office use.
Inventor Jean-Louis Domecq created the first Jieldé lamp in 1950 for his own workshop. The lamp’s joints allowed for a great number of lighting positions, making it perfect for the most demanding working environments as well as for domestic use. To produce his lamp, Jean-Louis Domecq founded Jieldé in 1953 and named it after his initials J, L and D. All Jieldé lamps are manufactured in Lyon, France with the same traditional methods, and each lamp features a unique serial number.
