Lantern, one of Harri Koskinen’s classics, is available also as a lamp. Mouth-blown in opal glass, Lantern can be used to create different atmospheres by changing the light source.

Lantern can be placed in a range of environments, from shelves and sideboards of private residences to various public settings. Due to its clean-lined silhouette, Lantern also makes for a lovely window light. Designer Harri Koskinen has stated: “A candle creates a relaxed atmosphere and is associated with a ritual: a few hours after the candle is lit, the flame is put out and darkness returns. Electricity brings more functionality as it is more luminous and has no time limit.”
