Wholesale Tynell 1965 pendant, brass

Paavo Tynell designed the 1965 pendant originally in 1948 for New York’s Finland House, an ambitious project of showcasing Finnish design in America. The 1965 pendant features a large, beautifully shaped brass shade that provides a warm light, softened by the frosted glass diffuser. The brass shade is decorated with triangular perforation pattern that gives a vivid sparkle also for the outer surface of the lamp. The luminaire is part of the Paavo Tynell collection released in 2018 by the Danish design brand GUBI.
